Booking:

  • Reservations can be made online via our website or by contacting our reservation team.

  • A deposit or full prepayment may be required to guarantee your booking, depending on the selected rate.

  • A confirmation email with booking details will be sent upon successful reservation.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in time: from 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: by 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, possibly with an additional fee.

Cancellation:

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date for flexible rates.

  • Cancellations made later than this or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay.

  • Non-refundable rates require full prepayment and are not eligible for refund upon cancellation.
